Update: "Just a quick update. We decided to hold off on the software update PR due to an exciting development that we believe will enhance and add to the value for our company. This is something that we hope to close quickly, and before the end of the year, (lots of financial and tax reasons for the time line), and we believe that this will create great interest for the company and hopefully give all the shareholders a great Christmas and Hanukah gifts.

Also, just to remind everyone, this move has nothing to do with where we are in our "timeline" with completing the move to OTCPK "Current Status". All who is involved, have expressed tremendous "Vote of Confidence" in our ability to get there. They witnessed how all of our tickers that we are involved with are becoming "current", however slowly, but surely. And everyone is expressing their desire and expectations for us kicking off a great 2021 for all the investors and shareholders!
