“As of July 31, 2020, Generex has advanced $212,000 to ALTuCELL, recorded as a component of other current assets. As of the date of this filing, the acquisition did not close, however, both companies are negotiating the terms of the extension.”
They’re evidently hanging in there, awaiting Generex to clear all S1s, uplist of NGIO, and full funding of GNBT to occur.
