Update - Facebook: "I'm able to post a few "house keeping" updates here.
We are getting a lot of emails, so I'll combine the answers here. Since FB is considered the same as all other forms of news distribution, this should suffice till we announce an actual PR.
That we are planning for at least the time when OTC Markets moves us to "YIELD" sign, (i.e. Limited Information).
Yes we are planning on reducing AS , the math calculation has NOT been completed, but we are targeting at least 5 Billion share reduction.
No we are not contemplating, nor planning a reverse stock split. We did have several blocks of shares in "reserve" and as part of the OS reduction as well, we will surrender those back to treasury of the company.
Since our other company is more focused on Growing MJ., the management is considering to move or sell the interests in dispensaries to PRPM.
Yes, we are looking to replace the CEO's who passed, and we are considering a few people. In the meantime, I will continue to oversee the filings and get that completed.
