DoD will provide the specifity. Either EPL met mission requirements in the phase two SBIR testing (8/19 contract date you helpfully pointed out), or it failed to do so. Which should result in termination of that CROMTEC-CSI contract. Yesterday Mark stated on this message board that he would "check into it". Let's remind him of that commitment before the end of the year. If SFOR IP failed, that is a significant event, worthy of either an 8--K, or inclusion in the 10-K, IMHO. Do you agree?
