Check the tax rates again. They are considerably lower than the United States for average salaries at 30K US dollars. I'm fairly certain their cost of living and income tax is considerably lower too. Last I checked for 2020 it was somewhere around 12.5% for individuals
If I could get a few more literate folks who don't act like conspiracy theory loons like you, sure, I'd be willing to negotiate a happy median.
