I believe you are incorrect or at best you simply do not have enough information. I do know an electronic card from an app like QDXhealthID is a scannable OCR code as a piece of paper is. What we see coming are digital passports with quantum dot infused security preventing counterfeiting. Can't see the forest because of the trees I guess?
