Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, Norway and Czech Republic. What do they all have in common?? Fully free or limited higher education costs for students. What else do most have in common as well? Ironically, or maybe obviously, they each possess a stronger education system than the US. Shocking!
I don’t think the word salad illiterates here would bother considering grabbing a free English class? I’d be willing to pay the free fee, just to get an ounce of congruency between one word to the next.
