Vit D 10,000/day
Buffered vitamin C—ester C or liposomal C—10,000 mg divided through the day. Regular vit C in this amount will likely give you intestinal upset, and there is a possibility that the buffered C might also. Liposomal C is ideal
Quercetin- 1 gram twice a day
NAC- 600-900 mg 2x/day on an empty stomach
Andrographis 4x/day
Zinc—50 mg/day or something like that. make sure your zinc supplement contains copper.*
Usnea tincture 3x/day
4 cloves/day raw crushed garlic that has sat out for at least 10 mins after crushing
Melatonin before bed. my capsules are 3 mg, but I have read there is no upper limit to melatonin and you can double or triple that dose, more research needed
Lots of sunlight, fresh air, exercise
