As I said before. Have a 1000 test kits made. Do a simultaneous test along side the reg. PCR test(since that is the current standard) at various hospitals. Take the results to the FDA, (hopefully) get a EUA. It won't take long to go through 1000 tests. Then approach the Gov. for a grant to have the kits made (not a partner). Use the grant money to pay for the test kits. AND since the Gov. is paying for all the vaccines see if they will buy the kits direct from NNLX for free distribution to Hospitals and clinics. Heck, if they will pay millions to study the mating habits of butterfly's, they should buy the tests for distribution along with the vaccine. And if the test shows you don't NEED the vaccine because you have antibody's - that's one less vaccine they need to administer. Just say'n.
