Rjs what does Joe need to fill in that information, since that is all that is needed? Is it the appraisal? Is it an investor for a portion of NGIO? Is it a combination of both? If it is the appraisal, what is taking so long. Didn’t we need it back in November to be able to use the last 10K numbers to list? Now we have to wait for true next 10Q to have the numbers updated and reviewed again by the SEC?
