"Just a few "house keeping" items here.
We will be posting the final and approved "white Paper" on our software , hopefully on Monday. That way all shareholders can study and learn as to what we have.
Next, we will be announcing an informational website launch as soon as our software and the APP is published and becomes available on GOOGLE Play and Apple store. Not publishing the name, yet, but will as the PR goes out.
Also, there will be several license agreements for our other companies as well. Those will be branded separately.
Also, to answer a few questions.
1. The software revenue stream will not only come from our internal use, but also as a stand alone processing tool. There, we will be receiving a commission as each transaction occurs. ( Similar to what Credit Card processing companies and Banks charge when all consumers use them).
Now, here are some not so "pleasant" comments that I do have to address because of so much ignorance and just right down false information being circulated .
1. people accuse and assume dilution. So, all my shares are locked up and are in Certificate form. Yes, over 1 billion plus. That way, the Broker Dealers and other Traders cannot short, borrow, or trade against it. And of course, I cannot sell, (not that I want to), because I'm an affiliate.
Also, all the "in the street name" CEDE & CO and the DTCC float has stayed the same.
And finally, some of you bashers: "please make up your mind!!" on one hand you attack us because we are NOT current yet (as if that stops people from trading), and on the other hand, you scream "DILUSSION" !!!"
Well, can we settle at least one thing here once and for all???
IF!!! we wanted to issue and sell more stock..to dilute, we cannot (and we don't want to either.) We cannot because as most people know that you cannot deposit stock, nor would any trader or broker dealer will take the stock that has a STOP sign on!
So, please do your own DD and make your decisions on facts, and NOT fiction, "FAKE NEWS", AND Gossip.
And finally. I do not have a criminal record. I'm a licensed gun owner and carrier here in Texas. ( SO for some idiots out there) "That means that its federal and state vetted and approved! " and even here in Texas, you cannot have a concealed and carry license IF YOU ever had a criminal record.
And no, I have NOT been arrested for fraud. I'm here in Dallas, working with a small group of my CPA's , attorney's , consultants and investors around the clock getting all of our companies filings done and upgraded not only to the next tier, but also, to become fully reporting and move to the bigger boards as well.
So, I don't have time to waste with all the nonsense that's being printed and verbally spewed! Its all lies, slander and libel. ...
However, I wanted to address some issues, because some people think that IF I don't respond to each accusation, that somehow "they are true" and/or I condone them, or for G_D's sake that I'm scared of something! I'm not scared of anything, not EVEN Success..(as the old saying goes!)...
