This is all good news. It shows that DECN is lining up their sales and distribution channels. These are the correct steps and the timing is right, since the sales and distribution will be ready to roll when the approvals for GenViro! are announced.
I would bet that manufacturing, the other big arm of business, is being built up as well.
All that is needed now is superior test results and government approvals.
