I agree, you can't keep waiting for that next deal to close before valuing the company. There is always another potential deal. In this case, they do want to use this value to sell to major investors for the listing, so it needs to be correct to start with. With that in mind, it still can't just keep sitting in limbo. rjs did state that he thought we will have that valuation by the end of the year (this month). But that means there is no way to list NGIO this year. Now we will have to wait for another 10Q, so numbers can be changed AGAIN, and resent to the SEC to review for comments AGAIN, and then it will be the next 10Q and do it all over again.
