This is a situation where things haven't been work

And now with another upcoming dilution, dressed up as a RegA, it seems that the company is just going to double down on what's been not working. I haven't read anything at all about any structural changes in the company that might yield better results. An acknowledgement that things must change and will.
Obviously management knows that, literally, nothing they've been doing has been succeeding in the marketplace, patents or not, best software or not. I would think that one method to gain investor confidence would be to outline a new approach that takes these various underachievements into account.
But then I read some of the responses to what Mr Kay has been posting today. So many shareholders continue to believe whatever is being said - all just more of the same - and really think it's, game on! So, why should management shake it up. But, it's really, game over! You guys no longer have anyone to blame but yourselves.
