the bid @ 70M is largest in several months so somebody believes
but not high enuf to say its SMART MONEY at this point.
I remember over a yr ago the 1 bid was nearly 1 BILLION when
Henry had everyone believing he was going to file then COVID
hit and more excuses and here we are.
