Here's where Trump's Nevada election fraud case stands

WASHINGTON (SBG) - A Nevada judge is reportedly preparing to review alleged evidence showing widespread election fraud occurred in Clark County, Nevada sufficient to overturn the outcome in that state's election, according to President Donald Trump's legal team.
American Conservative Union chairman Matt Schlapp and White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows have spent several days teasing out what they say is a Dec. 3 hearing in which a judge will hear Trump's case and allow 15 witnesses to present their evidence. Schlapp told Fox News host Sean Hannity in November that Nevada's state court will hear the details, while Meadows wrote in a Nov. 25 tweet that the hearing would give Americans the chance to "hear evidence from those who saw firsthand what happened."
Schlapp said the hearing, which comes after Trump's legal team filed a lawsuit in Carson City District Court in November, gives the president an opportunity to present his evidence. “A lot of people in the national media have said, ‘if you have evidence of voter fraud, show it.’ Well, we have thousands and thousands of examples of real people in real-life instances of voter illegality,” he told Hannity.
Trump's supporters and many Republicans claim there are instances of non-residents and the dead people voting in Clark County, as well as cases of voters casting ballots multiple times. The campaign also plans to present evidence at the hearing showing that Native Americans were offered bribes of TVs and gas cards for their vote, and that a blind person was barred from voting because someone else voted for her, the Nevada Independent reported in November.
The president claimed in a Tuesday morning tweet that a "judge in Nevada has ordered Clark County officials to allow an inspection of the elections equipment and sealed containers used in the 2020 election." Sinclair has been unable to verify that claim, nor has the Trump campaign responded to request for comment for further details.
The Department of Justice is dismissing claims that widespread fraud exists that would change the outcome of the election. “To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,” Attorney General Bill Barr told The Associated Press Tuesday.
Trump's legal team pushed back on Barr's assertion.
"With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn't been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation. We have ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined," according to a statement Tuesday from Trump's camp.
Multiple media outlets have called the election for projected President-elect Joe Biden, who amassed 306 Electoral College votes. Trump is refusing to concede, though he did say last week that he will leave the White House if the Electoral College certifies the outcome.
