I’m afraid that based on today’s closing share

I’m afraid that based on today’s closing share price, the Reg A may have to be lowered in price again. This is because today’s price is .0024 and the Reg A is priced currently at .0022. I would comment about what I think about that but all I can say is the bargain purchase price element seems to have vanished.
