Energy...I'm not fully understanding about the electoral college in that article? Not that I'm a brain scientist but I am (Hawks, now you know my past profession ) Any ways not sure which states must follow through in voting the popular vote which is for Biden. Most states call for each electoral number to be a person that has been selected. so let's say a state has 10 electoral votes that means 10 voters vote (real people) they will normally vote for the candidate with the most votes in the state election. Generally if any of the 10 refuse to vote they will be replaced with a new electoral person to vote in his/her place. Screw talking about fines and all that but these remaining states that Trump is concerned about are they states that are free to vote or states where the electoral person does not have to vote or mixtures and defined wording word be valued further. The Constitution does not get deep in this area it is generally left to each state to handle.

Questions?
Is it possible that the electoral voters have not been selected yet or have they?

Have some electoral voters been selected?

Is it possible to "recall" any existing county certification prior to electoral voting?

Is it possible to "recall" the entire certification of a state prior to electoral voting?

As to each electoral voter for each vote in a single state do each of them districts? In other words say a state has 10 electoral votes. If the state somewhat divided into 10 areas? Not so much as his/her district but all this is interesting.

What states haven't been certified?
