Good Morning All. This morning Doctor Mitchell reached out to Toodles just to let him know he (Mitchell) had his back. I let Mitchell know what all was going on with the UNVC board and the moderators who run that board. Many of the so called rules some claim they are following are made up BS that they may have agreed on, but they are not IH rules. The purpose of a message board is to foster communication, and a specific purpose board allows all things involving your investment in the stock you own. Since investors are only (or at least primarily) investing in the management of companies at this end of the market, the health and mental fitness of the CEO are clearly on topic and should be part of that discussion.
Asking questions is not only allowed, it is encouraged. Asking what Dalton is waiting on is most certainly on topic, as is any question of why he has not filed any financials. The narrative that Dalton cannot tell us anything is BS. His private companies can release news, and any partner or joint venture company can also release news. Even Dalton had no problem posting "fully reporting and NASDAQ." So if Dalton has applied to up-list, then he is no longer dark. Disclosure is actually part of that process.
It is not likely anyone but Dalton can answer many of the questions investors raise, but you most certainly are allowed to raise those questions.
While this board is about ALL cannabis stocks, and particularly those involving medical use, any cannabis company can be brought up. Many on this board invested in UNVC, so issues involving UNVC are on topic.
