I wonder why anyone would need to request preemptive pardons if there were no criminal activities to worry about?? Hint for the critically thinking challenged, there are multiple criminal indictments that can be leveraged against Trump, Giuliani and the Trump brood. Regardless of the pardons he will hand out, none of these stooges are protected from state charges.
