Yes but that would be if they want to because they can do that today. If people bought on the .0037 offer (we saw in the financials that someone bought 10 million shares I think) IMHO more people will on this. 10 million shares costs $22,000 and if you can buy them today and get .003 to .0033 per share then that is between $30,000-$33,000 of quick proceeds. I think someone is taking those odds today so I should have prefaced it with I believe people would.
