That is so true rjs, it would be hard to raise money during an audit. It's unfortunate that most of the deals were with some shaky characters that cause so much confusion in the financials that the SEC had to spend an entire year doing an audit on a company with NO REVENUES from all the deals. Would be nice if at least one of the companies bought actually had the revenues they claimed that could have helped fund the company during the audit. Yup...sarcasm, but true.
