This brings the total to $800,000 that the Company has received under this financing. The proceeds will be used for the ongoing development of the Company's Coronavirus Treatment on a priority basis and the clinical development of Adva-27a, the Company's flagship anticancer compound targeted for pancreatic cancer.

Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome-Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) is the causative agent of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic that has claimed the lives of over 1.4 million people worldwide since it first appeared in December 2019.
