The drill rig arrived -quarantines are either over or will be soon- the spudding is expected as per the update below to begin in days or a few weeks
the 10Q was excellent- 20M or more had been raised in recent times - so there should be no financial obstacles- the downside is the dilution in the last year at the low pps the last year-but thats often what co's must do to make the final push and then they often buy back shares once revenue allows-ZNOG still has low # of shares for a 20 year company with no real revenues- ironic bc ZNOG is close to a possible discovery w aid of the largest terrestrial 3d performed in Israel
some buyers may have left due to their misunderstanding of the OTCQX but some may be returning. ZNOG is an excellent spec stock for big players to play with- a couple years ago was in top 10 spec stocks on nasdaq if i remember- so now, due to excllent 10Q and spudding beginning soon ZN may be on spec buyers radar again
also i would expect and expect knowledgeable buyers would expect the license to be lengthened due to the essentially de facto force majuer of the covid delays-for 1st time ZNused laguage itimiating thepossibility of such extension-and i would expect ZN was being subdued since the 10Q is an SEC doc -in many contexts deadlines are extended due to covid delays which are beyond the control of the companies - though the legality of force majeur should not be needed among friends -especially given ZNOG's entire explicit purpose to bless Israel-which realizes it needs American evangelicals and the protection of America
ZN's pps has been so low that its easy for pps to rise significantly w big buyers- pps decades ago was $7 or so when they were still decades away and didnt have their own drill rig- having their own rig and training their own indigenous ppl (Israelis) looks good in the eyes of big boys and Israel

many of us have suffered for many years in this stock but due to low pps in last year those who bought will be rewarded handsomely if ZN makes a discovery -could also be a short squeeze - i 've been too busy to look into that-has the other board shed any light on that?
