No way we are at "some sense of normalcy by the end of Q1." That is far too soon. You're assuming there is plenty of vaccine to go around and everyone wants to take it, not to mention the fact that Q1 may show some of the worst figures to date for infection and deaths. There are tons of problems with distribution, manufacturing, storing, and shipping of Pfizer's vaccine, which, if I recall correctly, must be kept at like -94 degrees or something like that.
I think a lot of people are not going to want to be the guinea pigs here. I believe I read that for one of the trials, while 40,000 people took, results were based on like 17 people. No, I have no thought of a shred of return to normalcy for at least half of the year. At least. They say that Los Angeles could DOUBLE the number of deaths to date just by March, things are about to get so bad. Therapeutics are what will be needed and the safety of leronlimab is unquestionable.
