You could be right, there is a steady stream of ASKs just below .24, but only by .001. In the past, these ASKs would have been in the .21/.20 range with the BIDs a penny lower. Now the high BIDs have been at a steady .23. To me, this is starting to look like a more normal trading pattern on a slow day with no news. If we get news this week and the resistance is still at .24ish or below, then the dumping/manipulation well is not empty, as I hope.
