Update (after close Fri Nov 27): "Just wanted to thank everyone for believing in us, and for the show of support.
As always, I'm getting a lot of questions and inquiries, so I'll try to answer them here for ALL shareholders to see.
NO. We are not doing a reverse split.
The management feels confident with our prospects and business plan agenda.
Yes, we were able to overcome the "false claims" by our EX CEO's. (now both deceased).. As an example of our ability to get back with OTCIQ codes and memberships with OTC Markets.. (also can be seen the same with SUTI)
Yes, we feel that we should be able to achieve "OTCPK Current Status" way before the year end.. (and our other tickers are getting there even faster).
Yes we are "in good standing" with the SOS (secretary of state), and all the regulatory agencies, such as: FINRA, SEC ,DTCC and OTC Markets.
