Now, if we consider that Joe Biden finished well below average in his class, near the bottom actually, then I might have been generous in my estimate of his IQ, but if we give him the benefit of the doubt, Joe Biden’s IQ is in the 110 to 115 range, tending to the low side.
His IQ probably doesn’t really matter, truthfully. His job isn’t to make decisions. His job is to sell decisions to the American people. The people around him will be smarter, more educated, and probably care more too. They’ll tell him what to say and he’ll say it. The people will buy it. That’s how politics works.
