NOT a fact. Why? If it were Giuliani would have deposed the General and presented his deposition as evidence.
Maybe he did depose and concluded it was inadmissible as hearsay.
Maybe he included it as evidence anyway and was laughed out of court because, no corroboration, therefore inadmissible...hearsay.
