The first trade was 1500 shares at 0.0005 and immediately after that the bigger trades to get it down to 0.0001 again. But, with higher volume. Probably a retail seller as the volume of the trades is at 999999. Some brokers don't allow to sell more than 1 million shares per trade so it's broken up.
