Thats just the point. If everyone obeys the TOS then things are easy. But when anyone goes on a rampage it causes others to do the same. Then I either delete everything for 3 days straight or try to pick out the worst offending posts.
The job is voluntary, comes with zero gratitude, and is supposed to be light work if everyone (mods & posters) do their part.
Very easy to pick it apart from the outside when you don't see the posts at all hours or get the nasty PMs.
