Right, and there are three choices -
1. Settle before QMC starts the lawsuit so no publicity is generated
2. Settle after lawsuit starts and endure bad publicity until settlement or trial
3. Risk potentially hundreds of millions in triple penalties if they lose lawsuit plus
lots of bad publicity that could affect gaining new business.
