The total patients receiving leronlimab to date is in the neighborhood of 1000, with a smaller subset, maybe a few hundred continuing to receive it post trial. Maybe 200?
With case positivity in US around 3%, only an expectation that 6 might get Covid.
Matching against a placebo/non-leronlimab group, it will be hard to make any determination in what is effectively and open label “trial” so few patients.
That’s my take on the situation.
