Strongly agree. Congressional language states "Once a phase 1 or phase 2 ( SBIR) has been completed the requirement for a competition has been satisfied. As such, the justification and authorization required to award a sole source contract". If Endpoint Lock passes DoD mission requirements IMHO you will "make great money".
