Seems like a steal at $425 million if it is as goo

Seems like a steal at $425 million if it is as good as they say it is and if their drug gets fda approval (in my opinion). I don't know much about the drug other than what I've read about it from news reports (or are those press releases? That's a grey area, I've recently learned).
