Fair enough, TC. But I have never denied the truth of what much of what you have to say. I have never pretended to say Joe has dotted all the i-s and crossed all the t-s. There have been MANY mistakes along the way. Some of those were avoidable and some were due to forces beyond Joe's control. But we are where we are. And Joe is our CEO. That is not going to change, whether you (or I or anyone else) like it or not, IMO, due to several factors:
1) Joe has a contract.
2) Joe has the support of the BOD, the scientists, and the business unit owners.
3) No one of any quality would want to step into his role.
4) No one could step in, get up to speed, and effectively move all of the in-process projects forward effectively in a time frame that wouldn't lead to bankruptcy or MASSIVE dilution (well beyond what we have seen).
5) There is no money to pay anyone to take Joe's place, and top-level CEOs don't step into roles like this for free.
So I ask you this: Other than an unrelenting drive to prove that Joe should be replaced as CEO, what actions do all of your recent messages inspire?
Please tell me what detailed items you want to see happen with this company that are feasible, affordable, tangible, definable, and not currently being worked on by Joe and his team?
And pointing to past errors or saying things like "do things better", "take care of the details", "not make the same mistakes", and "make better deals/contracts" don't count. Everyone knows that needs to be done, including Joe. So posting generalities like that here don't do any of us any good.
