I don't read the posts on IFlub every day, but today I did and I seen our old spider loving friend asking posters to prove William committed fraud. What?
People, let me give you a little schooling. This is the type of argument that a con man would make. The legal definition of fraud is a technical and legal definition, and one that is very hard to prove in a court of law. So don't fall into this trap people! I have seen very few CEO's convicted of fraud in my lifetime. What an A$$Hole. He is trying to convince you that all is not lost, and if you would only just post positive thoughts and buy, buy, buy, buy, he could finally sell and get some of his money back --- and the money he took from his congregation as well.
What is William guilty of? Well, pay close attention please.
William gambled with your money, but did not tell you he was gambling with your money, but he did all the same.
William has a fiduciary duty to keep investors informed of all material events affecting MMTE and your investment --- he did not and has not done this.
William misled investors --- I can't even count the number of times.
William is guilty of extremely poor management skills --- he never even had a back-up plan for the Chilean government not acting to allow the mining of lithium. Even a fool would know that lithium mining in Chile was a long shot gamble --- so why no alternative plan?
If we are to believe some of the posters and moderators on IFlub, William is guilty of providing "inside" information to a select few investors. Now, I don't believe this really happened, but they claim it did, and they conned many of you into buying more shares and/or holding for longer than you otherwise would have.
William is a proven liar --- enough said.
I could go on and on, but why bother. If you wish to believe a self-admitted drunk and by definition an additive personality, then you deserve to be swindled by this con man. Buyer beware --- very aware!!!!!
I suspect (but also cannot prove) William shorted his own stock because of the way he told me money could be made with MMTE both when the stock goes up and when the stock goes down.
This is a man who claims to be a "man of God" and you should just trust him. May God strike this man dead for what he is trying to do. This poster is just as much a liar as William, but he commuicates more and unfortunately some are moronic enough to believe him.
I have said before, and will say many time again. The real crimes perpetrated on the many here in MMTE land, were done by the dupes who aided and abetted.
