I’m not in the least bit surprised. NP has cried wolf too often for anything short of approval/sales to move the SP.
We are at the “put up or shut up” phase.
I know several holders of high 5 to low 6 figures of shares that are neither buying nor selling at this point.
Those that wanted in are in. Others are waiting for something real to happen.
