I have worked with both local and provincial governments and to say they are slowwww..is an understatement.... I'm positing the fact that what could be done,... HAS been done thus far. My sense is that you are a long...but continuous assaults on MGMT..does not help our mutual cause.
It is happening...and will continue to happen on a grander scale.
