Good Morning Angler --- Great to see you posting. You are absolutely correct, CEO's typically do not buy their own stock unless they see value, and since the CEO actually makes these deals and knows what might happen in the days and weeks ahead, his confidence just might be a clue for all the rest of us. Good thinking!
