I will remind you all that Mr Davis was part of the company in confirming a newsletters that Paranotek was a wholly owned subsidiary and continued to promise the API and Parano software to the shareholders. Apparently, he complained the entire time that the public company was a big pain in the butt and wished that he could have a private company instead. He figured out a way of doing that, tank the public company while blaming Brad and steal the assets out the back door. What a con!
