Rory spoke about re-writing the core a while back
Post# of 32626
I view the core as all Verb's products that they can now package or integrate which ever way they want. Decoupling the frontend from the backend, from the core. It's a big leap to re-architect this and they did. Even Microsoft had to do this when they moved from a packaged product called Office to an Online version. A good example of this with Verb is the ability to package VerbLive with Solofire's solution. Everything moving forward would be modular.

What's pretty cool is you and other investors are more and more reading the filings as there is usually some great information in there. In additional to what you pointed out about Outlook and integration into other Microsoft products, here's 5 more than caught my attention spread out in the 10Q. A lot happening this quarter and next.
"verbLIVE is currently in final beta-testing, and is expected to launch commercially in December 2020 . A mobile app-based version of verbLIVE , with enhanced features, is currently in development and is expected to be released in early first quarter of 2021 ."
"In addition, these users will have in-app access to our forthcoming “app store” where users can subscribe for third-party apps that are complimentary to verbCRM user demographics, such as specialized expense tracking applications, tax software, among other third-party apps offered directly to our user base on a revenue share basis with the third-party developers. "
"In addition, we are finalizing development and testing of an “Open API” architecture, allowing third-party developers to create specialized apps with features and functionality that integrate seamlessly into our verbCRM application.
