Thank you, wow, that’s way more than I knew about the process. So as I would have guessed, we wait until midnight because as you have said, Mark could fill in the financials himself if he had to and with them being unaudited it wouldn’t be wise to risk the yield sign going up.

What do you make of there being no mention of a shareholder meeting taking or not taking place. I find it odd, do you?
