If that phase two SBIR is highlighted in the Q it may get IT heavy hitter notice notice. Gemalto, Microsoft & others all do business with the Pentagon. A small software company in the cyber defense landscape that has a product (EPL) that jumped through all the DISA hoops and is starting to be used may be an attractive buyout candidate for them IMHO.
