Even though .01 isn't a support level, it's still strong psychological support. Also, .011 is a support level now based on the last very large dip and rebound on Jan 28th and intraday trading action on Jan 30.
But honestly, if they can infinitely naked short a stock without ever having to cover, then there's no point in talking about tech analysis.
