And with out cost or little cost to him & only the promise there can be NO assurance of success , Navada corporation which swiches from a delaware corporation and the investers are subject to a reverse SPLIT de valuing all invester stocks , have NO Rights or Little Rights because of Share values which is owned by the Tinker AT @ 80 + percent acquired over ( A SHORT ) time to establish FULL ownership (and) ALL OF this is OK to YOU ?????
