Yes, TC, if you search "million" in the 8K, that shows up twice in Ex B... the PR.
But the only other time it shows up is the quote that I posted:
2.2 License Fee

Maybe there is more detail in the full contract, and the upfront payment didn't make the 8k? Seems material to me...
