Re the share price: Interested in your thoughts

Interested in your thoughts. The pps share is incredibly low compared to this weeks cash infusion alone. What will it take to get the pps even close to where it should be? Given the stops and starts since 12/03/2018, where should the share price be?
Those of us who were around for Ol' Gennie remember the deluge of PR's that got us to $5.00+. The price was built on sand because it soon collapsed. However, the strategy worked for a short while. Since then (2006), investors/speculators are more astute and fluff is seen as fluff. PR's for PR's sake will no longer work. In fact they tend to decrease the share price as people are disappointed and angry at such a waste of time and emotion.
Those of us in CYDY saw the share price languish in the pennies for years. I'm fairly certain it got down to .20 or so. CYDY gradually pulled itself upward with some meaningful science; HIV, triple negative breast cancer, and then COVID was dropped in its lap, getting it up to $10. Today it is around $2.40, but it's most important trial results are anticipated. However, when the fluff PR's are released or mgmt. fails to meet a promised time line, there is a big drop. In fact it took less than 6 mths. to get the share price from $10 to under $2. That's astounding!
Third, we saw Joe bring Ol' Gennie back from the dead. I guess you could call it financial engineering, in the best sense of the term, because he went out of his way to allow shareholders to benefit from the reorganization. There has been some significant news lately. In addition there have been too many moves to track since that 12/03/2018 forward split. Some of the moves have been great. Some have not worked out, and some of our "partners" were wolves in sheep's clothing, to borrow a phrase.
I go to my TDA account as I post and we are at .25. What besides the NGIO IPO (hope at this point) gets us out of the muck and mire of OTC and shows the world GNBT/NGIO has something of value and will put a fair price on that value? To borrow a phrase from the election, what is the best path to 270 electoral votes, if you catch my drift.
