Management did a FANTASTIC job! imagine this deal is worth about 10% of their ENTIRE market cap (and was pretty much made at normal share value...not discounted! = 0.05!!!!!)
They manage to finance it 100% with shares!!!! that is absolutely brilliant, I have no ideas how they manage to pull this off but that must have been one heck of a selling pitch!
