Congratulations to the GNBT and NGIO team for bringing this deal to fruition. A lot of work went into this both business and science wise.
Current share price aside, naysayers will have less and less to hang their hats on over the coming months should Generex continue to execute and maintain this momentum. It may be that future deals may come at a premium to today's transaction as the data review draws closer and trials start.
More than anything else I want to know about NGIO's valuation and details surrounding the IPO. We are headed into the holiday season and if we don't hear something the next week or so I can't imagine we will be trading until next year. December 10-15th would seem to me the latest date range we could be trading for this year.
Altucel is next on my wish list of deals to get done. That has been hanging out there a very long time. I want to see our diabetes program back on the front burner as soon as funds allow.
